Shipping Information
Delivery: We will always tell you what to expect, rather than supply you with a bunch of broken promises. Most of the items we sell are currently available and ship to you with in 48 hours of us receiving your payment. Given the nature of the Marine Industry, it is impossible for any vendor or manufacturer to maintain a 100% fill rate. If your order will not be shipped within 48 hours of your payment being received we will notify you via email as to when your estimated shipping date will be.
FREE Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on most orders over $100.00. Exceptions apply. We will have to charge shipping for all over-sized items including but not limited to boats, mast, booms, etc. If an item does not qualify for free shipping and we need to collect shipping charges from you, we will contact you by phone and/or email before processing your order to explain these charges. If you are not OK proceeding with you order at that point we will simply cancel your order and issue you a full refund for any monies already paid.
Boats: Your sailboat will come custom packaged in a box designed to keep the boat safe in transit. Because boats are considered over-sized by transportation companies, we currently quote the delivery of each sailboat on an individual basis. Please inform us if you would like an exact quote before placing your order. Once you place your order we will contact you to give you details about delivery time and shipping cost. Shipping costs WILL exceed the shipping amount shown in your cart and your order confirmation. Because of the over-sized nature of this product customer is fully responsible for any shipping costs related to returns as well as a restocking/packaging fee if the customer chooses not to keep boat.
Expedited Shipping: We do our best to quote accurate expedited shipping cost at the time of checkout. There may be times where the actual cost is much higher than what is quoted during checkout. If this happens we will contact you for approval before shipping your order. In the event that you don't approve we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
International Orders: We do our best to quote accurate international shipping cost at the time of checkout. There may be times where the actual cost is much higher than what is quoted during checkout. If this happens we will contact you for approval before shipping your order. In the event that you don't approve we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. You are responsible for any Duty, VAT, Brokerage Fees or other non-shipping charges incurred in the destination country. International duties and taxes are never included in the invoice for your order. If you refuse delivery of an international order, you will be responsible for any fees associated with your order being returned to us, and could be responsible for the duties and/or taxes even if the order is returned to us.
